CARBODY Medical Refrigerated Truck Box

Rapid cooling and constant temperature preservation throughout the process

Different medical drugs always have different temperature requirements. Therefore medical refrigerated trucks usually require to set multiple different temperature chambers.
CARBODY has established multiple temperature zones, buffer zones, and other features for your medical refrigerated truck. These measures significantly ensure the temperature requirements for transporting refrigerated medicine.

CARBODY’s Special Designs for Medical Refrigerated Truck Box

·Fully Sealed Design

Whether it is the panels of medical refrigerated truck body or connections between the accessories, we all adopt sealed design. Fiberglass seals and reinforces the panels all around, and there have rubber seal strips at the door latch.

·Integrated Composite Panels & Cooling Machine

Medical supplies are sensitive and special, require very high storage and transportation conditions. All processes must be carried out at appropriate temperatures to ensure the medicine are intact and not damaged.
The cooperation of CARBODY’s super heat-insulating glass fiber PU composite panels and the powerful cooling machine can ensure the internal temperature of the truck body reaches 2 to -8 degrees within 15-20 minutes, ensuring the medical goods keep fresh and alive.

·Refrigerated Truck Roof Panels

This is the roof panel of our refrigerated truck. Metal mounting plates embedded in composite panels, this design facilitates the installation of the slide rails of the partition in the truck box.

·T-shape Duct Floor

Medical items are subject to strict transportation temperature conditions. In order to help the cold air in the truck box circulate more evenly and quickly, T-shape duct floor is a very good choice.
