How do you transport the semi-trailers and trucks?
Generally speaking, our car bodies are shipped in CKD (completely knocked down) or SKD (semi-knocked down) via containers, We have long-term cooperation with shipping agencies and can provide you with the lowest shipping costs.
What kind of quality assurance can you provide and how do you control quality?
We have established a procedure to inspect products at all stages of the manufacturing process——raw materials, processed materials, verified or tested materials, finished products, etc. In addition, we have developed a set of procedures for identifying the inspection and testing status of all items at all stages of the manufacturing process.
All products will undergo 100% inspection on the assembly line. All controls, inspections, equipment, fixtures, total production resources and skills are checked to ensure they always achieve the required quality level.
Is Carbody a factory or a trading company?
We have a factory of our own, as well as our own sales, design and manufacturing team, and we have been engaged in this business in China for many years.

What tools and infrastructure are needed during assembly?
In order to ensure the convenience of installation, we modified the structure of the export container so that the side panels and floor are perforated from the sides. You only need to prepare a shelf with a width of 70~80cm and a length of 2 meters as a supporting chassis.
Can accessories be purchased separately?
Refrigerated truck box accessories can only be installed by adding built-ins to the inside of the panel to make it secure. It is meaningless to buy accessories without a board.
Can you provide refrigerated truck bodies in different temperature zones?
We can provide dual or multi-temperature zones.

Is the bottom plate structure the same as the side plate structure?
Floors will be further reinforced by embedding or adding layers of plywood.
