Exclusive Refrigerated Truck Box Body Panel Structure
CARBODY designed 14-layer composite refrigerated truck box side panel. The surface of the panel is an anti-UV gel coat layer + resin layer + high-strength fiber layer. Core material is cold storage-grade high-density flame-retardant PU foam + FRP keel. And the inner skin is 1.2mm CFRT + 4 layers of tape + PET antibacterial film+non-woven fabric.
All panels are pre-embedded with automotive-grade positioning. It only takes one or two people to push the panels into place, and has a more aesthetic appearance.

- Rectangular Duct Floor
Frozen seafood are heavy and have high requirements for transportation temperature. Based on these characteristics, rectangular duct floor is an excellent choice.
It uses twice raw materials of conventional flooring, and its rectangular structure has stronger load-bearing capacity. In addition, rectangular duct floor allows cold air to circulate faster. It can make cleaning easier and reducing the growth of bacteria.
